​If you’re not happy with your item, or if it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me straight away. For damaged or faulty items, please provide up to 3 photographs to show what is wrong with the item.

 Items may be asked to be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 7 days. Refunds will only be given once I have received the item back in its original condition.

You will be liable for return shipping costs and no refund of the original shipping costs will be issued.

Personalised items and digital downloads are non-refundable cannot be returned.

We only ship to UK.  We aim to dispatch orders with 24-48 hours. All orders are sent by standard post. If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we can see what can be done.

Orders are posted on weekdays only (bank holidays are excluded). You will receive an email once your order has been posted so you should know when to expect it.
