Many years ago, in a faraway land filled with twinkling stars and smiling moons, there lived a kind and loving star named Nanak.

 

He lived in a beautiful palace high above the earth, where he could see everything happening below.

One day, as Nanak looked down upon the earth, his heart filled with sadness.

 

He saw that love had disappeared from many people's hearts.

 

There was so much darkness, and many were suffering.

Nanak knew he had to help.

​

So, with a heart full of love and kindness, Nanak decided to leave his palace and go down to the earth to guide and help the people.

 

He wanted to spread love, kindness, and happiness everywhere he went.

As the throne of flowers descended from the heavens, millions of souls greeted Nanak with love and joy.

 

Slowly, the throne reached the earth, landing in a town called Talwandi, where a family awaited his arrival.

In a small homely room, a husband and wife, along with two maids, sat together.

 

Suddenly, a bright light filled the room, and heavenly music filled their ears.

 

The room was soon filled with saints and poets from the unseen world, all gathering to welcome Nanak.

When Nanak arrived, everyone sang songs of joy and welcome.

 

The saints praised him, but Nanak reminded them to always keep humble and bow down only to God.

​

Outside, in the quiet of the night, the stars twinkled brightly as the world slept peacefully.

 

A wise pandit looked at the stars and predicted that a great prophet had been born in Mehta Kalu's house.

And so, with Guru Nanak's arrival, a new era of love, kindness, and

happiness began on earth, spreading joy to all, from the youngest child to the oldest soul.
